Background: turns out the new "autorenew" service for your Domino licences doesn't autobill to your credit card, even though that's on file (and current.) Argh. So here's me trying to pay a printed invoice which came via snail mail.

You are kidding me, right? I sent you the link reporting that your whole web payment system was down (which it still is), and you're asking me for the link? which i sent?
It's not just any link, it's the link that people give you *money* from.
Here's the link again:
http://www-304.ibm.com/support/operations/ca/epay
it's broken. Don't work. Results in a weirdo page.

Dear askibm,
It is printed on the bottom of all your invoice forms, I had to type it in manually. It goes out on your paper invoices.

The link that is bad is this link: http://www-304.ibm.com/support/operations/ca/epay
I apologize if I haven't been clear. The previous link to that bad link above is a printed link, on paper, on actual physical paper. It's on the bottom of the paper invoices that are sent out in the post, by regular mail, not email. The link is not an electronic one. It's in print.
Here is a scan of the bottom of one of your invoices. This is where the "previous link" is.
( I embedded this scan for them: http://www.oulton.com/pub/files.nsf/pages/broken-link/$file/broken-link.jpg )
Hope that helps. Anyway, I was able to do my payment quickly and easily by phone, so it's no longer a matter of need for me. Just letting you know in order to help others in the future.
Cheers
